    Since 1997 it was founded, HCL has been serving both domestic and international clients and has accumulated professional practical experiences in different areas of legal services. Until now, on basis of intermingling the specific business areas, HCL has developed into three integrated business teams respective of No.1, No.2 and No.3 team. Each team has allocated a proper number of lawyers from different business areas to deal with different categories of cases.

     HCL has proceeded extensive cooperation with many law firms in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjing and Guangzhou in order to offer its clients much better services.
