In the morning on Mar. 7th, 2016, the weekly meeting was held by Lawyer Guotao, Zu in our firm’s meeting room. During the meeting, the present lawyers were discussing a contract defrauding case undertaken by Lawyer Ziqin, Li and Lawyer Gaoxiang, Wang, through which the junior lawyers reviewed their knowledge on the constitution of a crime, the meas rea and the constitutive elements of crime of fraud.
