INTRODUCTIONS
Bulin established Henan Changhao Lawyers in 1997 and he is the Manging Partner of HCL. He was admitted as lawyer in 1993.
He completed the a Master's course of law in China Political Science & Law University, and obtained the Master's Degree in Law from University of Technology, Sydney (LLM. UTS).
Bulin has sufficient understanding of the Chinese law and legal practices. Since starting his legal practice from 1993, he has processed hundreds of cases and has provided long-term legal services as a legal counsel to over 30 enterprises, including Branches (Henan) of China Industry & Commecial Bank, China Communication Bank and China Construction Bank, and six large real-estate companies as well as the largest stock bargain company, etc.
He also has clear understanding of the Common Law System and international legal issues. He is quite familiar with international business law, international banking & finance law, international intellectual property law, WTO legal system and international invironmental law.
He is an outstanding lawyery in wide range of Chinese domestic law,especially in corporate law, contract law and banking &finance law, and is excellent in negotiation, litigation and dispute resolution. He is also the leading attorney in international legal matters in Henan Province.
