On the afternoon of April 16, director Li Zhiming and his party of Henan Tiankun Law Firm (Henan Free Trade Zone) visited Henan Changhao Law Firm to exchange experiences on the integrated management of law firms.

At the seminar, Director Xu Bulin and director Li Zhiming exchanged in-depth views on a series of issues such as the integrated management of law firms and the training of young lawyers. The two law firms have reached a consensus on four requirements for the "integration" of top-quality law firms, namely, "integration of brand building, integration of case source distribution, integration of business management and integration of administrative services" . The problems in the course of integration construction are also discussed.
