On June 7, Henan Changhao Law Firm and 2021 of Henan University officially began full cooperation. Liu Luyang, director of the Research Center, and Xu Bulin, director of the firm, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on both sides. Chen Shengqiang, deputy director of the Research Center, Li Yingying, executive director of the firm, Zhu Weiqing, partner, and more than a dozen practicing lawyers attended the signing ceremony. The signing ceremony was held at the Law School of Henan University.

Director Liu Luyang on the arrival of the firm expressed a warm welcome. Liu believes that cooperation between the two sides will help solve difficult problems in theory and practice. Director Xu Bolin thanked the research center for the invitation. Xu said the signing of the strategic agreement between the two sides is of great significance. Through cooperation, promote the integration of theoretical research and legal practice. At the ceremony, director Xu Bulin was officially employed as a researcher of the Post Crime Procuratorial Research Center of Henan University.

After signing the contract, director Xu Bulin held a lecture entitled "Understanding Law in practice" for the graduate students of the Law School of Henan University. Then, the master students and the law firm lawyers had an in-depth exchange and discussion.
