Recruitment notice for prospective purchaser of Xinzheng Yuen Tai Food Company Limited
Xinzheng Yuanda Food Co. , Ltd. (“Yuanda company”) due to lack of liquidity, can not pay off the debts due, Zhengzhou Intermediate People’s Court according to the application of creditor Wang Suiding, in civil ruling No. 15, Henan 01 bankruptcy petition, issued on 4 March 2021, the Court of 2021 decided to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of broad foods limited. On April 14,2021, the 2021 issued a decision No. 01 and No. 12 in Henan, appointing Henan Changhao Law Firm as the administrator of Broad Food Co. , Ltd. in Xinzheng. Now, according to the needs of the case, the administrator to the community to issue a notice of intent to recruit buyers.

The above scope shall be operated under a valid license.

三、 Assets Appraisal
The company’s real assets and intangible asset are valued at 4.6265 million yuan. Whether from the perspective of broad’s own industry, or from the already built and owned production lines of broad, the buyer only needs to make a reasonable integration of broad’s existing resources to realize the resumption of production, and can produce the benefit in a short time.
