On March 1,2022, the High People’s Court of Henan Province issued a notice on the roster of administrators of bankruptcy cases in Henan Province.
Henan Changhao Law Firm was established in 1997, is a law firm directly under the Department of Justice. Currently, the internationally accepted integrated management model enables all resources to be mobilized to undertake cases at any time. The bankruptcy business is the Business Chang Hao has always insisted on and is determined to build a team of professional bankruptcy administrators to efficiently promote the bankruptcy process and optimize the business environment.
Henan Changhao Law Firm is one of the first administrators to be selected into the list of first-level administrators of bankruptcy cases in Henan provincial courts after the implementation of the Bankruptcy in the People’s Republic of China. On July 31,2017, the Higher People’s Court of Henan Province updated the roster, and Changhao Institute continued to hold the first-level management qualification. On March 1,2022, the Henan Higher People’s Court renewed the roster again, and Changhao is still the first-level administrator of the announcement. At present, bankruptcy team full-time lawyers more than 20 people. Among them, there are 5 lawyers with senior titles, about 70% with master’s and doctor’s degrees, and 5 lawyers can work in both Chinese and English or Chinese and Japanese.
In handling cases, the manager team is usually subdivided into person-in-charge group, general affairs group, creditor’s rights group, Asset Group, Litigation Group. Each group was able to complete the tasks required for convening the first creditors’meeting in a short time. Team members share information and work closely together. For each bankruptcy case, Chang Ho will produce a work guide for the whole process. Team members to establish wechat communication group, daily completed items need to report summary. Individual business responsibility to people, problem communication not overnight. Every week, the project promotion meeting will be convened to solve common and difficult problems, and work out a detailed plan for the next week. At present, the manager team has undertaken more than 50 enterprise liquidation and bankruptcy cases, has formed a clear division of Labor, with tacit understanding of the professional team, scientific working mechanism, perfect operational guidelines and strict business norms.
