The first Mount Song Forum

Nearly 400 representatives from the construction industry from all over the province attended the forum. The country's new urbanization, regional economic development and "Belt and Road" construction have provided a powerful boost and valuable opportunities for the future development of the construction industry. However, the factors such as high asset-liability ratio, extensive operation and management mode and the change of supervision mode also make the healthy development of construction industry face many challenges. Xu Bolin stressed that in an all-round way to promote the rule of law today, operating according to law is the basic requirement for enterprises. The Ministry of Justice, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the all-china Lawyers Association have established a mechanism of "Ten thousand associations". The Provincial Bar Association, the Provincial Building Association and the Provincial Building Culture Association can further strengthen their ties, promote in-depth cooperation between law firms and construction enterprises, and jointly build prevention in advance and control in the course of events, the Trinity Legal Risk Prevention and control system of afterwards remedy. We will jointly study and solve legal problems, guard against legal risks, remove legal obstacles, provide legal protection for the construction industry to operate according to law, and promote the sustainable, healthy, stable and orderly development of the construction industry.
